The combination has a mix of oyster, pork and pork intestines. The recommended method to enjoy is to add a little black vinegar, as much as garlic paste you want and finish with a touch of spicy oil.

I’ve always ordered the combination noodle but without the pork, you can make request when ordering (combination noodle includes oyster, intestines and pork)! Note: If you don’t want to wait for too long, it is recommended to go between 9am and 10am, otherwise expect to wait for 20-45mins! Please be considerate of how hard they work as they are extremely busy! You don’t go there for the customer service (saying that they are very nice and friendly when there is no line)!

The noodle itself requires constant stirrings so it won’t stick to the bottom and burn. Order a large size, you won’t regret it!!!!

Filled with oysters (not 1 but many!), pieces of meat and large intestine, it is value for money @NT$70 for large size! It is flavourful and you don’t feel thirsty after having it. Great effort in preparation of large intestine and oyster as they taste awesome! In my humble opinion, much much better than the usual A brand one ? Remember to add the vinegar, garlic and chili for extra oompah! A hearty breakfast on a cooling morning! ?

There's often a line due to their well deserved reputation but it moves fast with speedy service! Love their big comprehensive noodles (70nt) especially with a generous hit of garlic, vinegar and hot sauce ♡
