The one who has been selling the highest price has always emphasized that most mothers choose this plan. The feeling is to use the mother's madness to want all the baby's photos to continue to sell. I said that I would go back and discuss with my husband. The business asked me to call my husband immediately (the husband was in a meeting at work). I already felt very bad here, and then I couldn’t decide after the fact. I emphasized that there are other mothers waiting behind me. I have to decide now, it feels very bad!!!! Later, I decided not to take all the electronic files for the photobook, which would cost 15,000, and the MV would cost 2,800 more. I didn’t buy it. The video was just a short side shot of the day + photo file + music, and it felt like it was made by applying a template ? After going back and looking at the photos, I found that many of these 102 photos are of the same pose and expression, but from different angles, and they have not been edited. On the whole, the experience is very poor, and the baby will never choose Pandora to take pictures at the age of one.

The photo itself is good, but the pricing method is opaque and one star is deducted. The salesman's marketing techniques and ineffective communication lead to waste of our time and another star is deducted. The combination we bought at the Yuezi Center before includes all the electronic files of the full moon, the nine-square photo frame, a small 4×6 photo album, and the one-year-old Zhou Zhou + family photo photography. At first, I thought that photography including Zhou Zhou was not bad, so I bought this plan. But there are mainly two problems later: (1) The price/valuation method is opaque: when we purchased this plan, we were only told that we would give three free photos of Zhou Zhou + family portrait, but we were not told how the other photos and MVs were priced. We were not informed of its high unit price until the final selection of photos. This part is unfair to consumers, especially if the store is using cute photos of children as a means to sell to parents, it feels bad. . (2) Unprofessional salesperson: The salesperson we met made us feel that the process of picking photos and discussing the plan was very unpleasant in all aspects. First, she was often dealing with other people's affairs or distractions while she was serving us, even when we had already made an appointment to pick a movie. Second, they don't pay attention to our budget and needs, they just sell high-priced programs on their own. Third, it is difficult to communicate. We often feel that our communication with each other does not intersect. Often we say A but she always talks about B. As a result, we went to pick photos and confirm the plan three times in total, which was a waste of time. If Pandora can improve the above two points, in fact, we can give positive affirmation to the professionalism and quality of the photos as a whole. But honestly I think the price can be a little more affordable, because every parent wants to leave every memorable and lovely moment of their child, but not every family can afford such an expensive price. Finally, I would like to give a positive comment to Karen who cared about and listened to our bad experience in Pandora. I hope that our experience and feedback can be reflected to the company, so that other parents will not have the same experience as us and have a better life experience.

The maternity photo service is very attentive. The photographers, makeup artists, and reception staff are very professional and caring. The problems can be solved immediately and it is reassuring. The photo results are quite satisfactory. Later, I will consider taking baby photos.
