買了文中系統三年,除了便宜大概沒有其他優點,當初說很好聽的客製化報表,實際使用有諸多限制,根本沒有當初介紹得這麼好用,但這些都還好,都還可以忍,最難忍受的是客服態度,真的是濫到為什麼貴司都不想好好整頓一下?少數幾個客服是很不錯,但這幾年打客服的經驗來說,多數人員不耐煩就算了,對於客人的問題也不想了解,只回答喔我們系統就是這樣,有些明明聽就是很沒邏輯的回答,只要我們吞下,不然就是急著掛電話,連我詢問分機多少也不願意講,還說打來都有人會回答,最後還是自己找解答,不知道繳的每年維護合約要幹嘛,打電話給客服洗臉?看了其他人評價覺得不意外,文中客服就是這麼雷。
