刀削麵麵條刀功俐落，厚度很好有嚼勁，
牛肉的話覺得偏硬，（個人偏好肉質比較軟）不知道未來有沒有多增加番茄湯牛筋刀削麵～
小菜口味還好。
 Tomato soup and knife-cut noodles must be ordered!
The knife-cut noodles are neatly cut, with good thickness and chewy texture.
The beef is hard, (personal preference is softer) I don’t know if there will be more tomato soup beef tendon noodles in the future~
The side dishes taste good.

木須炒麵的麵條超讚，但是味道有點淡
給五顆星是因為吃完不會口渴
小菜兩個都很棒
小魚乾豆腐會辣
味道很好
每桌都有附酸菜和牛油
下次還會想特地回來吃牛肉麵看看
The fried rice tastes really good, the amount of lamb is not too much
The noodles of Musu Yakisoba are great, but the taste is a bit weak
I gave five stars because I won’t be thirsty after eating
Both side dishes are great
Dried fish tofu will be spicy
taste good
Each table comes with sauerkraut and butter
I want to come back for beef noodles next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 番茄牛肉麵，刀削麵條QQ的很有嚼勁，粗細長短不一，但個人覺得不影響好吃程度，湯頭略鹹但濃濃的很夠味，加酸菜&牛油超讚的啦！內用端上來熱騰騰的超讚，推推推！
Tomato beef noodles, knife-cut noodles QQ is very chewy, with different thickness and length, but I personally don't think it affects the taste. The soup is slightly salty but thick and very flavorful. The addition of sauerkraut & butter is amazing! It's super hot for internal use, push push push!

當天回母校實踐附近辦事，但實在不知要吃什麼，加上中午用餐時間每家店都是學生，有點不想群聚，所以在附近繞了一大圈，看到山西刀削麵是我還沒吃過用餐的人剛好也都離開，我也很愛吃木須炒麵，所以就決定進去試試。
還好，我沒有點小菜還有湯，這盤『木須炒麵』應該是兩人份吧～
炒料給的很給力，醬也夠多所以挺濕潤，麵量也是多爆，
我就一條一條慢慢嚼，一個人緩緩的解決掉。
改天我要再來吃～喜歡。

Fortunately, I didn't order side dishes or soup. This plate of "Mushu Fried Noodles" should serve two people~
The stir-frying ingredients are very powerful, there is enough sauce, so it is very moist, and the amount of noodles is also bursting.
I chewed slowly one by one, and slowly solved it by myself.
I will eat it again someday~ I like it.
