11/9晚上7下訂單,11/12(五)發Line更改地址,有客服回覆詢問我的更新地址是什麼,結果我傳了之後,當天一直沒收到客服回覆任何下落,再次傳訊詢問是否有收到我的訊息,直到他們官網下班時間都沒任何回應。禮拜一11/15 我就收到宅配已出貨,而且是舊地址!!! 再次線上連系一直傳訊,都沒有人回!!!這麼爛的客服,如果業務量這麼大,容易漏接LINE訊息,那是不是增加人員,而不是等到客人打電話飆,才再說你們業務量大?? 我傳這麼多訊息,是能漏看這麼多次嗎!! 初次購物,經驗超差!

11/7傍晚送出訂單,11/11收到出貨通知簡訊,在家枯等兩天後11/15詢問客服,客服說幫我查詢,查詢到人不見,等到16號再問,才說我的貨根本沒有寄出,貨量大宅配還在消化。 發出貨通知簡訊欺騙顧客,11/16了還無法承諾11/7訂的東西何時出貨,要求退款也給不出處理期限,不斷推拖,是很糟糕很製造麻煩的電商。

4/7日購買狗狗飼料,4/12日發信告知還沒有收到,店家才說會趕快出貨,期間所有的特價廣告繼續賣!4/25再次以網路聯絡(因為電話都沒人接)表明要求公司退款!竟然回覆退款需要10-14個工作天! 太過份 太過份 沒有信譽的賣場 以上留言均為屬實,有圖有影片檔為證! 太過份的賣場,誰知道誰會是最後一根被壓垮的稻草!

這輩子第一次給負評! 如果不想被氣死,也不想毛孩被餓到,拜託千萬千萬不要訂購這家的商品! 1/11訂購的貨品,到今天(1/26)還沒到貨! 聯繫線上客服也僅是制式化的回答,都懷疑回答我的是機器人了,完全沒有任何實質上的幫助! 重點是電話客服打了一個下午,根本沒有人接聽! 只能說官網寫[24H快速出貨],不代表會很快收到貨唷,如果不小心變成[24D才會到貨]的話,千萬不要意外! 而且線上客服只會很官腔的回覆*都是物流/宅配&年前貨量暴增的問題*,絕對不關毛孩市集的事唷!

4/14下單,4/20出貨,後來就一直顯示配送中,等了快兩周,打電話去問客服,結果說是全家的系統異常?後來說幫我重新下單,我也覺得沒關係,就再等個幾天,拿到貨的時候,竟然好幾個罐頭都膨脹了.......想到之前天氣很熱,是不是運送的途中,罐頭發酵膨脹,又給我同一批貨... 速度慢就算了,品質怎麼這麼差啊....-_-

真的是第一次購買就給負評, 來查評論才發現遇到類似狀況的不只我一個, 4/9 下的訂單到 4/13 還在撿貨中, 而且還不能按取消訂單 剛剛狗狗吃掉了最後一杯狗糧 昨天緊急另一個管道訂的也要隔天才能到貨 等等還要打電話到處確認哪邊現場有賣相同品牌 不然真的是要讓狗狗餓肚子 喔!然後第一次下單送的免運券(要加 LINE 才送)還要滿 $800 才能用 $800 通常已經達到一般網購免運門檻了吧...... 還「免運券」根本只是想騙 LINE 帳號多一個廣告渠道 但已經花了很多 effort 本來想說好我就湊個零食買買看這間 在湊免運的時候就已經感覺不是很好 最後也根本沒有按照網頁上說的 1 個工作天內出貨 通常一般網購都是出貨才不能取消 硬把退貨方式門檻調高 但又把出貨時間壓這麼慢 我看一兩個月前也有人反應出貨很慢 這次給我的理由是因為連假 我下訂的時候連假都過多久了⋯⋯ 難道連假訂單現在還在消化? 說真的要做網路購物 請把通路做順再來花錢買廣告 不然體驗這麼差花再多錢買到曝光也是白搭
