★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （人在越南中）敬告要購越南國內機票的旅客，目前遇過最瞎的航空。機票3個月前就買好下午的班機，搭機前4天收到第一次改時間。原本預計早上的行程都無法參與，改時間後的搭機時間內24小時又改了一次時間。越南國內提供的客服電話及公司電話都打不進去。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好負責任的航空公司，擅自把已預訂11點出發15點回的航班改為16點去12點回，等於第一天和最後一天都沒有了。問您依據哪一條哪一款，只換來一句延誤超過四小時退票不用手續費喔！我已經訂好的旅館呢？請問要連帶賠償我嗎？越航真是好棒棒，超越廉價航空。
