エアビーアンドビー等で民泊を提供している香港人、韓国人、台湾人を目にしますが、管理組合では認めていないので、もしバレた場合は退去処分になる可能性があります。実際にモメてる日本人をフロントで見た事があります。
マンションとしては築年数の割にあちこちガタがきてるなーという印象。屋上にジムあり。プールなし。スーパーやコンビニがとても近いので生活環境は良し。
Not a hotel.
We see Hong Kong, Korean, and Taiwanese who provide private lodging at Airbnb, etc., but they are not allowed by the management union, so if they get out, they may be deported. I've actually seen a Japanese who is really angry at the front desk.
The impression is that there is some play here and there for the age of the apartment. There is a gym on the rooftop. No pool. The living environment is good as the supermarket and convenience store are very close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant location as the place is at the center of the city. Zhongshan Elementary School MRT is just 5 minutes walking distance. Taipei Central is also 5 Minutes taxi ride. Night market is just opposite. The place has duplex one bhk apartment. You can view the entire city include Taipei 101 from roof top at night. Zim is on the roof. Security is brilliant at ground floor. Mail facility is with security.
