業務處理事情怠慢,出發前三週確認有無團位,業務告知幫忙喬看看,出發前兩週確認有位,並匯款4人全額旅費,告知報名成功,再出發前3天一直沒都沒收到行程表與領隊資料,主動詢問才告知團體人數不足已取消,說在一小時內會告知我是否有其它團可參加,但卻無消無息,四個小時後終於通上電話,也沒告知是否有其它團可參加,旅費也隔了一週才退款,我都已找別家行程,還先代墊朋友旅費,也無賠償,要參加的請小心,除非你有充足及彈性時間再考慮參加此旅行社團旅。

參加了2/26花花陶喜2日遊(住台北喜來登飯店), 當天領對林卓立先生不停於遊覽車上告知飯店對我們房間的安排(因為有帶小孩, 訂行程前就已告知旅行社業務需要嬰兒床的需求), 一下子說嬰兒床待確認, 後續再告知沒有嬰兒床,改兩大床,一張床會幫忙靠牆; 結果進到房間, 變成一大床, 也沒嬰兒床; 當下立即聯繫飯店, 飯店的危機處理就不談了; 致電詢問領導林先生, 竟然告知他無能為力, 是他們旅行社的問題; 重頭到尾整天的行程下來都是領隊跟飯店溝通, 我們也沒有提出任何無禮的要求, 竟然得到一句”我無能為力”; 隔天早餐更瞎, 配合飯店清消, 改至宴會廳用餐, 領隊的確告知建議用餐時間早上8-9點, 用餐時間無限制; 結果我們8:20進入用餐, 飯店告知只能用餐到9點, 一定要離場, 試問兩天的領隊(實質只有一天)說話可以如此不負責任嗎? 我們不是沒付小費, 3歲的小孩付了1100, 0歲嬰兒也付了500, 結果被旅行社+領隊如此對待, 真心建議大家對寶豐旅行社的行程須多加思量, 領隊對事情的處理態度傲慢消極, 業務也只會罵領隊給我們聽, 其他完全沒作為. 惡劣
