韭菜盒子份量跟一般大小相仿，但咬下第一口後，就能理解為什麼評價的分數這麼高。
餅皮跟折疊收口處酥脆好吃，如果閉上眼睛會誤以為在吃西點。餡料香滿味足，不過於濕潤也不會乾到無法入口，整體口感平衡的恰到好處。
整體名副其實，而且一個才40元，不吃會對不起自己。
