★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來點了牛腩雲吞麵，牛腩、雲吞、湯、生麵都很港味，湯頭比以前在香港吃的味道再淡一些，單價不低但是可以試試，1F空間不大，建議坐2F環境好很多～ 下次考慮嘗試拌麵
The first time I ordered beef brisket wonton noodles, the beef brisket, wonton, soup, and raw noodles are very Hong Kong flavors. The taste of the soup is a little lighter than what I used to eat in Hong Kong. The unit price is not low, but you can try it. The 1F space is not large. It is recommended to sit on 2F and the environment is much better~ I will consider trying the noodles next time

牛腩算多又大塊 但不是咬不爛的那種
鮮蝦雲吞裡面包的是一整隻鮮蝦

The body is firm and elastic
The beef brisket is large and chunky, but not the kind that can't be chewed.
Shrimp wontons are breaded with a whole fresh prawn
The soup is stewed and garnished with a little green onion
If I want to eat next time, I will repurchase a bowl of noodles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絕對是台北數一數二的牛腩麵無誤！牛腩軟嫩帶筋又不會過於軟爛，個人覺得稍微可惜的是湯底地魚味淡了一點，生麵勁道也稍嫌不足，但絕對屌打其他餐廳了。
Definitely one of the best beef brisket noodles in Taipei! The beef brisket is tender and tendon without being too soft and rotten. Personally, it is a pity that the fish taste in the soup base is a little weaker, and the strength of the noodles is not enough, but it definitely beats other restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次點了一份清燉牛腩麵，可能是剛好熱門中餐時段，加上只有老闆做餐板娘又要接單又要送餐，所以等了比較久大約30分鐘，麵是選用陽春麵，但吃起來又有一點拉麵的口感，牛腩跟湯頭不錯！有我去香港時吃的九記牛腩的味道，可能是老闆是香港人的關係！辣椒蠻辣的要小心，整體上如果沒讓我看到ㄧ隻小小強在餐具區逛街的話，我可以給到5星！畢竟吃的衛生也很重要！希望店家再注意一下！
