昨天看診完領藥時,護士小姐有交代我的藥得去連鎖大型藥局才有,跑了附近2間連鎖藥局都沒有。
當下致電診所反映,總機小姐人很好,馬上幫我跟特約藥局下訂說隔天領。結果照約定時間領藥,還是沒到貨,藥師也不確定到貨時間,只好先幫我過卡,領其他有現貨的藥。
從來沒有為了領藥跑4、5趟藥局,老實說感覺蠻差的。
雖然好像也不完全是診所的錯啦!
就也分享我的經驗,給要去看診的人一個參考囉!記得領藥時多注意一下。

I have never ran 4 or 5 trips to the pharmacy to lead the medicine. To be honest, I feel pretty bad.
Although it doesn't seem to be entirely the clinic's fault!
I will also share my experience as a reference for those who are going to see a doctor! Remember to pay more attention when receiving medicine.

第一次就診的時候的確是要去到過一兩條街的藥局拿藥,比較跟在台灣的其他眼科有一點不同。
第二次就診的時候,拿藥的地方已經是在眼科的旁邊藥局,增加了許多的便利性。
李浩榮醫生問診親切與說明清楚,令患者感到平靜與溫暖。感謝?

等了1.5小時左右 終於輪到我了
在我準備被唱名的時候被診所的櫃檯人員插隊 (剛好在下一位輪到我的時候我有去櫃檯詢問大概還要多久輪到我)
後來他先進去了 原本覺得算了 但等了五分鐘左右吧 開始不愉快了
一開始掛號有詢問眼睛會不會痛 我說很痛
所以他應該知道我痛且痛了等待的時間
終於輪到我卻被你插隊了 就算不知道患者是在不舒服的狀況 也不該如此吧
這位櫃檯人員應該有在貴診所治療或是其他狀況 但我確定他當時沒有疼痛!
所以這位櫃檯人員進去問了醫生一些問題 醫生也替他做檢查 且告知狀況之類的
因為很大聲 嘻嘻哈哈我在外面都聽得到
也在先前等待的時候聽他跟另一位同仁聊到 同仁有跟他說你就差不多四點半進去之類的對話
請問一下我有掛號而且很痛 你沒掛號直接插隊 而且我還有到櫃檯詢問剛好另一位櫃檯人員告知我前面一位看完就換我
不管你自己有沒有掛號
你就是插隊這點應該沒有問題
貴診所到底是在幹嘛
最後我也看診完了 當然要謝謝醫生仔細地幫我檢查 謝謝你
此診所沒有藥師 藥局
所以必須拿著處方箋到外面健保藥局拿藥
我在大安區中山區 跑了至少10間
沒有誇張 就是10間以上大大小小的藥局
連鎖的大藥局也去了(大樹 躍獅 杏一) 就是沒有醫生開給我的藥 但以後希望能夠告知在哪間藥局比較容易找得到藥
我想說的是
請貴診所判斷一下狀況
同仁要插隊當然可以 讓自己人方便是人之常情的事 但患者在貴診所等待很久且是有疼痛在身的 真的不要做出讓人憎恨的行為
這樣害我浪費健保去你們那裡
也因為找不到醫生所開的藥水藥膏
又去了別間診所必須得自費 被你們浪費一次健保 被你們同仁插隊
到最後連藥水藥膏都要帶著病痛在各大小藥局奔波 換來的是沒有藥物可以治療
最後...櫃檯人員要記得收掛號費
我看完診 藥單拿了 準備離開才想到我還沒付費 主動告知我要付掛號費還被這位插隊櫃檯人員懷疑認為自己有收了...

At the beginning of the registration, I asked if my eyes hurt. I said it hurts.
So he should know that I was in pain and the time I was waiting for
It’s finally my turn but you cut the queue, even if you don’t know that the patient is in an uncomfortable condition
This counter staff should have been treated in your clinic or other conditions, but I am sure he did not have any pain at the time!
So the staff at the counter went in and asked the doctor some questions. The doctor also checked him and informed him of the situation.
Because it’s so loud, I can hear it all outside
I also heard him chat with another colleague while I was waiting. My colleague told him that you would go in at about 4:30.
Excuse me, I have registered and it hurts. You jumped in directly without registering. And I still went to the counter to ask. Just another counter staff told me that the one in front of me would change me after reading.

Please judge the situation at your clinic
It is natural for colleagues to jump in the queue to make their own people convenient, but the patient has been waiting for a long time in your clinic and there is pain in the body. Really don’t do hateful behaviors.
This made me waste my health insurance to go to your place
I couldn’t find the medicine or ointment prescribed by the doctor.
When I went to another clinic, I had to pay at my own expense
In the end, even the syrup and ointment have to rush to various pharmacies with pains, but in exchange there is no medicine to treat
Finally... the counter staff must remember to charge the registration fee
After I saw the consultation, I took the medicine list, and I was about to leave before I realized that I hadn't paid yet. I voluntarily told me to pay the registration fee and was suspected by the queue-jumping counter staff that I had collected it...
