Beef don - beside slightly sweeter flavour all other parts were expected as what you get for $100 in this area. The sweetness mostly came from soften onion and mirin, kinda tradition for Japanese don. Beef got plenty fat in between while egg mix was smoothly cooked, assisting you to easily gulp down the whole bowl. Default potion is medium to small in my opinion
