來到了這家看似門面簡單的越式小館
一道道經典菜名琳琅滿目的掛在牆上
於是點了這盤涼拌青木瓜
整個就是清爽開胃
牛河的湯底清爽甘甜
很是滋味
道地的風味
值得回訪～
 Recently, the temperature has warmed up and the appetite is sluggish
Came to this seemingly simple Vietnamese style restaurant
A dazzling array of classic dishes are hung on the wall
So I ordered this plate of cold green papaya
The whole is refreshing and appetizing
Niuhe's soup base is refreshing and sweet
Very tasteful
Authentic flavor
Worth a return visit~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갑자기 분쨔 생각나서 근처 검색 후 찾아간 집! 포장해서 먹었는데 괜찮았음 :) 다음에 또 먹을 생각 있음
I suddenly remembered Bunja and found the house after searching nearby! I packed it up and ate it and it was okay :) I plan to eat it again next time

?生春捲跟熟春捲 用料都十分實在 可以吃到春捲的層次感
?乾豬趴河粉 河粉很有嚼勁 不是外面那種乾乾的河粉
?牛肉河粉 絕對必點！！店裡招牌 湯很入味 不會有麵條跟湯是兩道菜的感覺
?咖喱飯用料很大方
綜合以上 值得推薦 能夠在台灣找到道地越南美食很幸福?
I ordered five dishes in total, and each one was very delicious
?Raw spring rolls and cooked spring rolls are very real, you can eat the layering of spring rolls
?Dried Pork Pho Pho Pho is very chewy, not the kind of dry Pho outside
?Beef Pho absolutely must order! ! The shop’s signature soup is very tasty, it doesn’t feel like noodles and soup are two dishes
?The curry rice is very generous
In summary, it is worth recommending. It is very happy to be able to find authentic Vietnamese food in Taiwan?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次來必點「豬肉或牛肉河粉/米粉」！味道真的超棒！特殊的醬汁還有不知名的好吃綠葉，花生顆粒更是讓整個味道更有層次，一定要加上大蒜醋！超級美味！老闆娘人也很好！價格便宜又大碗還很好吃！真的超級棒的❤️
"Pork or Beef Hor Fun/Rice Noodles" must be ordered every time you come! The taste is really great! The special sauce also has unknown delicious green leaves, and the peanut particles make the whole taste more layered. Be sure to add garlic vinegar! Super delicious! The lady boss is also very good! The price is cheap and the big bowl is delicious! Really super awesome ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉河粉餐點整體都清爽、口味較為清淡，炸春捲口味特別，跟其他越南料理蠻不一樣的，裡面包了冬粉跟香菇感覺比較台式，但也不錯吃。乾拌米線好吃、清爽，裡面有一個薄荷還什麼的味道很特別，不過個人沒有很愛，價格不會太貴，算是附近好吃的越南料理，之後會再來訪。
The beef pho meals are generally refreshing and lighter in taste. The fried spring rolls have a special taste, which is quite different from other Vietnamese dishes. The rice noodles in the bread are more table-top with shiitake mushrooms, but they are also delicious. The dry-mixed rice noodles are delicious and refreshing. There is a mint or something special in it, but I don't like it very much. The price is not too expensive. It is a delicious Vietnamese food nearby. I will visit again later.
