週日下午二診 看診被質問為什麼沒有戴面罩?(整個診所看診的人也都沒有戴面罩)
後來又被質問為什麼沒有戴三層口罩
(醫生自己只戴一層然後問我這個問題?)
態度很差很兇搞的好像我是犯人一樣
還往我身上狂噴酒精 兩次!都噴到眼睛很痛 衣服褲子都被噴濕了!
我也沒確診 三天篩一次連續篩好幾週了 被這樣對待很不舒服!醫生會怕確診就不要出來看診,這樣對待病人真的很不舒服!沒有得到尊重的感覺!

雖然診所營業時間寫到十點半,但是中間醫生會有休息時間,有三個診間但你也不會知道今天有幾位醫生,我週日晚上六點半到,被告知晚上只有一位醫生要等他吃飯,所以到七點半才能開始看診,這些資訊在Google上跟臉書上都沒有,只能乾等。因為這次外傷,看過該診所三四位不同的醫生,醫生人都不錯,但流程、要求每天換藥、一次只開1-2天抗生素(根本不滿一次療程)⋯實在令人不敢苟同,要不是當初週日受傷能看診的診所有限,不會選這間診所。

長期以來因為皮膚很容易過敏很常到大直診所報到
星期日下午因為皮膚過敏和蚊蟲叮咬腳嚴重破皮去看病
幫我看病的男性醫生,態度不佳,看了一眼就說我是尋麻疹。
因為我被蚊子叮咬很容易腫塊,詢問醫生,可以幫我也開吃的藥讓我可以這次吃不完備著。醫生一直回:我聽不懂你在說什麼,你就擦藥就好。我:我就是擦藥都不會好,醫生你可以看看我之前的診療紀錄。醫生也還是不耐煩的一直回:我聽不懂你在說什麼。一直不願意認真聽我說,想趕快叫我走。還好旁邊的護士小姐幫忙解決我的問題。
另外這次還因為抓癢有很深且痛很久的破皮。醫生也看都不願意看,直接說你擦一樣的藥就好了。我:但我擦了類似的藥就還是一直不好。醫生也還是看都不看一直說:你就擦一樣的藥就好了。如果真的很輕微我去藥局拿尋麻疹的藥就好了。就是因為這次比較嚴重,才去看醫生,結果我只坐下一秒,醫生連看都沒看就診斷完了,然後對於我的問題一直回我:我聽不懂你在說什麼。真的讓病人感受不佳。
我把藥帶回家擦,破皮的地方擦了根本沒效,也還是很痛。
真心建議大直診所管理階層可以審慎評估醫生的職業態度。完全能理解疫情擴大診所業務繁忙,醫生工作人員都很辛苦。但是,基本的傾聽病人問題,解決病人的問題,應該是最基本的吧。
