★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appelling! Your website still put a slogan that you care about pets with patient, but you lost a cat and never show up to explain why and how, even more there is no video to prove that you really lost the cat.
Did you really help the keeper to find the cat ? Did you know the keeper cry everyday and search her cat day and night ?
Did you really know the connection between the pet and the keeper ?
I'm totally not agree how you did to this "lost cat case". The worst attitude I've ever seen of all pet stores.
If you know nothing about how to care pets, better shut down your store.
I will let everyone around me knows this case, and warm them better not come to your store if your place still open. I'd rather let my firends send their pets to another place, because there will be safer than here.
