The minced/braised pork rice is amazing, doesn't taste all that greasy judging by its looks. The owner claimed to fried the pork fat before braising, so it's not so greasy to the mouth.
In my opinion, fried side dishes are better than the ones rinsed in hot water.
Soups are great, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old style Taiwanese street food made with care and dedication to established traditions (with very young energetic and service-minded personnel). I am not a fan of rice noodles, so cannot comment on that except to say it had very clean taste. Marinated egg and chicken were delicious.
