主因
我朋友車水箱有問題,請一直配合的修車場(保翔)修理。但因為這次費用上談不攏,所以請我們去取車,但不收費。
當天朋友請我幫忙載她去取車,為避免他們下班無法取車,5點多事先致電告知我們現在要過去了。
到了現場,發現車子設備沒被裝回去,詢問老闆。我們得到回答是「師父6點已經下班,所以無法裝。只能明天取車」。當下驚訝詢問,「但我們剛剛有打過來說要現在取車,你不是說好,不行取車怎剛剛不先說,我們就不過來。」令人火大回答老闆說「我想你們在路上了,所以到時候現場說」
現場一陣靜默
之後他說請我們明天中午過來取車,我詢問明天中午12點確認車子是可以取走嗎?他說對,中午。我只想確認中午12點可以取車,當下老闆突然對我說,「妳這什麼態度?我現在不想跟你說,我們會吵起來」
現場我真是滿滿黑人頭問號,「我就跟你確認中午12點可不可以取車,我態度怎樣?」
老闆回覆「你就一副消費者最大態度,我現在馬上給你裝回去,等2個小時」
天啊,我真的很想問他,你現在是惱羞成怒的態度嗎?
我如果是消費者態度,我就不會壓下火氣跟你約明天。
你跟我們說可以來取車,人來再跟我們說要明天,現在人員下班而且要裝要2個小時。我們來這趟,花了這麼多時間而且下班尖峰時期,我騎機車,路也不熟。結果只得到明天再來。
一句話都沒罵你,你還希望怎樣????連道歉都沒有
竟然還希望輕柔詢問你明天可以來拿車嗎?我已經努力壓低我的聲音不要飆上去,你還要我怎樣。
來一趟難道我們不需要安排時間,你時間是時間,我們難道隨傳隨到嗎?
最後我朋友說車還在他手上,我們只能忍著,明天再來。
可惡的的態度,你連合作這麼久的客人都這樣糟蹋。講白,要不是你價格開的太高,跟我們額外詢問差太多。我朋友也不想換別家,畢竟從買車到現在這麼多年。更令人生氣,昨天去別家修好取車回來,修車廠告訴我朋友,不是當初說的水箱有問題,是調節器「水龜」。
我不能猜測我朋友內心活動,我只能想「哇靠,那過去這麼多年。是被坑了幾次?????」但我不懂車,也不知道保翔的技術。只能說這次他態度惡質,連帶不相信這樣的人技術和職業道德的。
