★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我12:49分到中山北路二段的總行辦理拿提款卡，到場時只有一位櫃員在服務一位客戶，現場除了我沒有其他客戶，但是我等了6分鐘，才被叫號可以處理..這就是貴行對客戶的服務態度，太誇張了！
I went to the head office on the second section of Zhongshan North Road at 12:49 to apply for an ATM card. When I arrived, there was only one teller serving a customer. There were no other customers except me, but I waited 6 minutes before I was called. It can be handled.. This is the service attitude of your bank to customers, which is too exaggerated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近去幾次總行，覺得裡面空氣非常的悶熱，員工很多也都汗流浹背，而且有汗臭味實在是辛苦他們? 希望可以改善，並且把空調調低到適度的溫度，給予客人和員工一個舒服的環境
