★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 送洗了一件白襯衫，特殊款式的扣子洗壞幾顆了，一開始還沒告知，要穿的時候才發現，拿回去店家，男店員說可以送修，回來是一樣的。我答應了，但修回來以後完全不一樣，原本的扣子也丟了，只好要求男店員再送修一次，盡量找一樣的，結果很久以後回去拿，還是跟第一次送修一樣的扣子，完全沒變，變的是，這次加收我兩百元。
A white shirt was sent for washing, and several buttons with special styles were broken. I didn't tell it at the beginning. When I wanted to wear it, I found out that when I took it back to the store, the male clerk said that I could send it for repair. I agreed, but it was completely different after the repair, and the original buttons were lost. I had to ask the male shop assistant to send the repairs again and try to find the same.
