I'm a layman, trying to replace a leaking kitchen faucet connector with D Y I. I ran to two well-reviewed shops on the Internet and bought the parts but failed to try. When I arrived at this third store, there were a few people lined up at the door. Some were professionals who spoke terminology, and some had to take photos or samples to show the items needed. The clerk moved quickly, listened carefully and answered questions in order. I bought the parts and tried to install it according to the clerk's instructions. It succeeded! This shop is a connoisseur of good service.
