垃圾公司!服務態度差勁! 東西壞了請人來維修,時間無法約只說早上,等了一個早上都沒人來修!!! 出門辦事接到維修人員電話說沒人在家所以他要離開了,未說為何不是早上來?竟口氣差勁的說你住那麼遠怎麼可能早上到?請問如果居住地影響時間,是不會預約維修時就早點說嗎?致電到公司詢問,接電話的說我不可能跟你說早上,因為你住很遠!!請問現在是都你們公司在講诶,消者遇到這種公司真的一點辦法都沒有,奉勸不要再有其他人上當,後續服務差勁到極點的垃圾公司!

俞氏公司非常不負責任,自家的產品火災警報器,沒事響個不停,造成社區安寧也不當一回事,說要回電也沒回,轉了三個部門同一個問題要說三次,真的有夠爛,只會找理由,最重要的是還是沒解決問題,爛死了!!!

爛廠牌,叫個檢測踢來踢去,踢去桃園經銷商又說不是他們賣的不跑。打回原廠又說哦哦哦妳怎麼不找賣你貨的人維修,阿靠x賣我貨的人又說他們不跑維修只賣貨,那他們為什麼能叫到原廠貨?跟鬼進的貨哦! 你們管理經銷館那麼爛哦!貨賣到哪去都不管了 順便靠x你們出貨也太隨便了吧!一萬多塊的新機裡面防撞只放一張牛皮紙?連個氣泡或保麗龍防撞都沒有,到底再省什麼?
