主菜上桌後魚蝦的部分都已經分好十人份，基本上就一人兩、三口的量，能吃飽主要是靠後面出來的港式臘腸糯米糕。米糕不錯，但是上面的臘腸我們那桌的人沒一個喜歡
其中還有一道鮑魚，地下壓的菜很脆，沒有苦味，可是上面的鮑魚帶點腥味，幸好不是很嚴重只要多配一點湯汁就可以把味道壓掉，還能入口
