★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常想吃刀削麵於是點了離家近的天福園，交代了要加辣，結果打開gg了我以為所有的麵都是刀削，翡翠的卻不是，大失誤啊！店家辣椒完全沒加，老公的倒是加了不少醋，邊吃邊嗆，最後只吃了1/3，最好吃的是小魚辣啦！
I really wanted to eat knife-cut noodles, so I ordered Tianfuyuan, which is close to my home, and explained that I wanted to add spicy food. As a result, I opened gg. I thought all the noodles were knife-cut, but not the jadeite ones. Big mistake! The shop didn't add any chili, but my husband added a lot of vinegar, and he choked while eating. In the end, he only ate 1/3 of it. The best thing is the spicy fish!

麵煮得剛好，手桿的刀削麵口感Q
彈。裡面的牛肉大塊且入味，不同於一般牛肉麵燉得很軟的感覺，而是保留一些牛肉原有的嚼勁，要花點力氣去咬卻有另一番風味。
單單刀削麵就覺得超級對味好吃。是絕對會再來吃的店！

Just slicing the noodles with a knife feels super delicious. It's a restaurant I'll definitely come back to!
