★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看完展覽無意見被味道牽引而來，算是略過了菜單直接點炸臭豆腐。因個人不愛太酥太乾的所以有請示老闆別過油太久；送上來如照片正常發揮，咬下去飽滿。泡菜也ok（以前還吃過味道像前一晚剛弄的還沒入味硬賣）酸甜適中。這次我沒加到辣，但蒜蓉醬也是正常發揮；如果豆腐可以再腐一點就更合理了。
After watching the exhibition, I had no opinion and was attracted by the taste. I skipped the menu and ordered fried stinky tofu directly. Because I don't like too crispy and too dry, I have asked the boss not to over-oil it for too long; when it was delivered, it was as normal as the photo, and the bite was full. The kimchi is also ok (I have eaten it before and it tastes like it was just made the night before, but it is not delicious and hard to sell). The sweet and sour is moderate. I didn't add spicy this time, but the garlic sauce worked fine too; it would be more reasonable if the tofu could rot a little more.
