Formerly known as the Children's Paradise in Taipei, the Yuanshan Children's Paradise, which has been renamed as the Yuanshan Natural Landscape Park, was reopened in 2019. The inside play area not only retains the Ferris wheel and the carousel, but also has a beautifully beautiful lawn. It is very comfortable to walk. The world that has climbed a short distance is also open, retaining and tidying up the old architectural landscape before, and taking a stroll. There is a small square on the top of the hill to see MRT Yuanshan Station and Huabo Square. The entire park will not be too big, you can go to the whole department in less than 30 minutes, you can choose to go out from the exit near Huabo, and stop by the holiday flower market.

For many, the children's entertainment center in Yuanshan, Taipei is a childhood memory. But for the half-aged man in his 50s, before that, the "Children's Paradise" adjacent to the Maruyama Zoo was the dream paradise for children. That was the year 1968 was also the year I was born. The privately run "Zhongshan Children's Park" became a municipality with Taipei and became a public type. It merged with the Yuanshan Zoo and operated together, so it was named "Yuanshan Zoo with children's play." field". However, it is still called "Children's Paradise" for us. But this park has a long history. It dates back to the Japanese era in 1934, when it was named after the "children's playground" of the Maruyama Zoo. By 1986, there was a major change in the children's playground. Because the municipal zoo was inadequate for its original site, it was later relocated to Muzha and has become the current Muzha zoo. The remaining seven hectares of open space have been used as children's playgrounds. The explosion has tripled. The reconstruction project was not completed until 1991. The new garden was officially named the "Taipei Municipal Children's Educational Center." However, once again, everyone is still used to calling it a children's playground. It is divided into "Yesterday World", "Tomorrow World" and " "Pleasure World" and other three parks provide ancient Chinese life experience, new technology and space theater, and the original amusement facilities. Later, in 2008, the municipal government decided to move the children's playground to the Shilin Keelung River Newborn Land, adjacent to the planetarium, science and education museum, Meilun Park and Beishi Shang. However, the old site of Maruyama did not quit. In 2009, in order to cooperate with the Taipei Flower Expo exhibition, it was decided to make the park available to the Flower Expo, which was later the Taipei Flower Expo's "Celebrity Hall", "Culture Hall", "Truth Hall" and other places. After the old children's park ceased operation on December 14, 2014, it was once changed to the "Taipei City Museum Settlement" and later transformed into a landscape park. Although there are facilities such as the former Ferris wheel and carousel in the park, there is no electricity operation, only for tourists to take pictures and nostalgia. The landscape park is divided into two parts, the lawn area and the mountain area. The former is open all day, and the latter is difficult to manage because of its large scope. Therefore, the opening time is limited to 8 am to 5 pm daily. The change of a children's playground is also equivalent to the development history of the city. I am very glad to have this paradise to accompany rest and growth.
