感動,可以用這個價錢在台北吃到溫體牛,半斤的雪花牛+四兩的梅花豬,我們又加點了茼蒿、大白菜、豆腐、虱目魚丸和滷花生小菜。 牛肉鮮甜美味,有厚度有口感,不像一般薄切牛肉;梅花豬有甜味,但若有吃牛肉,建議不需要再點豬肉了,因為牛肉無敵啊!我們倆個人吃了這些飽到天靈蓋,還打包了1/2的豆腐和虱目魚丸還有3/4的茼蒿+1/2盤的花生?,沒辦法雖然只有兩個人但是我們秉持著裡面吃飽也不能少點,反正疫情期間,帶回去的加上打包的湯又可以在家煮一鍋麵! 完全可以吃飽,菜盤$109/盤,但真的很大盤也沒有爛菜夾雜其中!喝湯的碗也是磁盤喔,筷子是不鏽鋼,喝熱湯夾熱菜都很安心,大推薦!

除了肉盤跟白飯 其他菜 醬料 補湯都是自取 剛上湯底的時候 對它內心有點懷疑 因為湯的顏色是清澈的 但一喝下去 真的很舒服 有一些些酸菜一些些油蔥的香味 而且很清爽 !!醬料的部分 辣椒很辣斟酌食用?蔥 蒜 洋蔥 香菜都很足,沙茶的顏色比較淺不像一般的沙茶 香氣非常足 菜盤總類很多 有海鮮 丸類 各式菇類 葉菜類 份量也一目了然 可以拿自己喜歡的 不像一般菜盤固定配好的 重頭戲是現切的肉盤 我們選了一盤霜降跟一盤帶筋牛肉(各半斤)霜降直接夾了兩三片放到碗裡 淋上滾燙熱湯 牛肉之鮮嫩~~ 帶筋的不建議這樣吃 需要入鍋煮一下? 最棒的是 每次吃火鍋都要一直撈肉沫 但這個完全沒有 吃飽喝足後身體也沒有負擔感(一般吃完火鍋身體都會有沉沉的負擔感?) 口味來說 推薦值得嚐嚐!!

Nice quality Taiwanese beef, the side dishes of hotpot are great, too. The soup was made of 扁魚 and 榨菜...light and smooth. Not too heavy for a hotpot meal.
