★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天兩個人點了旦旦麵、狐狸(豆皮湯烏龍)、海帶絲、雞軟骨和腰內肉,一共350。算是烏龍麵界,CP值很高的一家店!
海帶絲相當清爽,雞軟骨中上,湯烏龍的湯頭超讚,麵體也很Q彈!小失望是炸腰內肉,非-常-鹹,但鹹到我們都覺得這鹹度應該不是正常的,比較像老闆今天灑鹽(胡椒?)時手滑,所以最後都泡在湯裡洗清淡一點。
最喜歡旦旦面!整體像辣豚骨拉麵偏乾,微辣但非常順口!我吃一口後,問朋友要不要吃,他原本拒絕我,我再客氣問他一次,結果他一吃就停不下來,只剩兩口給我?。

The shredded kelp is quite refreshing, the chicken cartilage is medium and upper, the soup oolong is superb, and the noodles are also very Q-blastic! The little disappointment is the fried loin meat, which is very salty, but we all feel that the saltiness is not normal. It's more like the owner's hands were slippery when he sprinkled salt (pepper?) today, so I soaked it in the soup and washed it in the end. Lighten up.
Favorite Dandan noodles! The whole is like the spicy tonkotsu ramen, which is dry, slightly spicy but very smooth! After I took one bite, I asked my friend if he wanted to eat it. He originally refused me, so I asked him politely again, but he couldn't stop once he took it, and there were only two bites left for me?.

蚌麵兩個蛤仔沒吐乾淨
(不至影響用餐感受)
柴魚湯底加上蛤仔,甘甜順口,
烏龍麵Q彈好吃,湯不會與麵有分離感。
二訪,蒲燒雕丼,
焦香加上甜味及油脂不會讓人膩,
CP值比起林森北許多店家高很多。
炸物:豬腰肉不錯,保留一些口感,
不過軟或難嚼。
豆腐及可麗餅味道都是可想像到的,
有機會再來吃看看炸蔬菜系列??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏龍麵清爽味道夠,吃起來飽足但不會負擔。
餃子咖哩的醬微辣但不是太水的那種,吃起來爽快下飯又開胃。
這時候搭配個蝦卵豆腐完全消暑解嘴巴裡的濃厚味道。
唯一小小意見是炸的餃子邊角有點硬跟俐,吃的時候口腔比較敏感的可能會有劃或刮到的可能。
但完全不影響用餐體驗!
下次期待再嘗試其他口味!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 被友人上次吃的照片打到所以約來吃。她說明太子烏龍麵好吃,但我不愛明太子與乾烏龍麵,於是在家看好要點湯麵來吃,結果到現場突然覺得明太子烏龍麵不能錯過,於是就點了。
果然相信自己的直覺是對的~ 這個烏龍麵煮得不會太爛,上面看到明太子、美乃滋、蔥花、紫菜跟提香的白芝麻,裡面藏有芥末,碗底還有些許的日式醬油,拌在一起吃整個濃淡適中風味十足!都說越簡單的東西越難做,他們家真的很有實力!
我們還叫了雞軟骨、吉古拉跟櫛瓜,軟骨超好入口超好咬,我帶矯正器吃都沒問題;櫛瓜剛炸出來超燙!但就是入口即化,炸粉已經調好味了,完全不需要再沾任何東西吃;吉古拉就是竹輪,這個對我來說就比較難咬斷,但也是好好吃,超有嚼勁超喜歡~

We also ordered chicken cartilage, jigura, and cucumber. The cartilage is super good, and the bite is so good. I can eat it with a straightener. But it just melts in your mouth, the fried powder is already seasoned, you don’t need to dip anything to eat it at all; Jigula is a bamboo wheel, which is more difficult for me to bite, but it is also delicious and super chewy I like it very much~
