★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親人是在十幾年前預購的展雲生前契約；前一陣子親人往生，我們聯絡展雲處理後事。我們瞭解現在禮儀公司做事都有很清楚的標準作業程序，這一點展雲也是一樣；先期介紹十分詳盡，後續處理也都按照介紹內容一絲不苟地做。有幾個細節值得稱讚：一、雖有提供外加需另付費的服務，但沒有強迫推銷的情形；二、作業流程流暢有效率，尤其是我在台北市二殯火化室看到別的喪家，領到親人骨灰後，有十幾分鐘等不到接駁車後；三、展雲安排的告別式司儀先生經驗豐富，全程掌握精准圓滿。
My loved ones were Zhanyun pre-order contracts that were pre-purchased more than ten years ago; a while ago, my relatives died, and we contacted Zhanyun to handle the funeral. We understand that etiquette companies now have very clear standard operating procedures, and this is the same with Zhanyun; the early introduction is very detailed, and the subsequent processing is meticulous in accordance with the introduction. There are several details to be praised: 1. Although there are additional services that require additional payment, there is no forced sales; 2. The operation process is smooth and efficient, especially when I saw other bereavements in the Erfu cremation room in Taipei. After receiving the ashes of a loved one, it took more than ten minutes to wait for the shuttle bus. Third, the farewell-style emcee arranged by Zhan Yun had rich experience and mastered the precise and complete process.
