★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh My Lord. Best BBQ ever! I have never had such succulent beef, fillet, ribeye, tongue..... plus seafood and lamb chops??? (to die for), and best of all, the amazing personal service.
There really cannot be another spot like this, maybe in the world (No offense to Koreans, since I never been to Korea, I wouldn't know) But so far, nothing like it in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. And I live in SF!
again, a must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I've ever seen in my life. Went to this restaurant on a weeknight, when we were seated and given the menu, the boss came by to recommend the cow tongue and beef related dishes as their signatures. He then waited for a couple minutes then proceeded to take down our order. My friend ordered one cow tongue, one marble beef and one pork, but was cut off by the boss who recommended that we order two cow tongues instead. Since we wanted to try out different specialties, I joined in and kindly let him know that we would only order one cow tongue tonight. He then murmured some words along the lines of "It's best you find another place to eat tonight, you're not welcome here." Feeling confused, we took our things and left the restaurant. I've never been to a restaurant and felt so disrespected.

For travelers: if you’re thinking of a place to dine, DONT EVER CHOOSE THIS ONE.Trust me. I’m not a demanding customer. it’s literally the first time in my life that I’ve been treated that way. Oh, actually, the only thing that’s comparable to this is a guy who walked toward me while giving his middle fingers and yelling “fucking Chinese” at my families.
So... if you don’t want to ruin a great night with friends and families, you know what to do.
