三顆星是都給老闆娘的服務態度! 老闆娘口齒清晰,解釋得清楚,又有耐心,是個很好的客戶窗口
現場施工的第一線跟業主接觸是很有效建立口碑的方式,替老闆娘覺得可惜,讓原本可以更好的客戶體驗變調,我想這家店的生意應該更好,很多潛在回頭客或是口碑介紹客戶應該都是因為現場施工人員態度而流失掉
