麵類的話選擇家常 (刀切麵) 比較有嚼勁，至於湯頭個人覺得一般般，沒太大特色，就看個人喜好，食量一般的人建議小碗就好，這樣一盤加上小碗牛肉麵都夠我這大食怪消化好幾小時 ?
