1. 管委會極黑心，每坪管理費140元，
超貴！但感覺都沒在做事，也很少公布收支明細給住戶，不知道管理費都花在什麼地方，公設也都沒在使用了。
2. 整棟幾乎都小坪數，幾乎都是收租的，住民水準也不太單純，深夜時段常有名車在１樓大門外等著接女性外出。
3. 樓下有酒吧，正對面有啤酒工廠等製造噪音的嫌惡設施...如果不怕吵的可以考慮...

1. The Management Committee is extremely ardent, with a management fee of 140 yuan per ping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 套房集會住宅算是少數管理很棒的！單看外牆都沒有鐵窗，陽台一律不外推就可知其用心；戶數少，單純、安靜！
