正直驚いた。ここの刺身、特にアジの刺身が絶品。カキフライも今まで食べた事のない食感と味わい。これらを食べるだけでも、訪れる価値のあるお店。今後も利用させて頂きます。

因為疫情無法出國的時間裡,很幸運能夠吃到像神田橋這樣的餐廳。 點了綜合生魚片、味增茄子、花枝一夜干、烤牛肉丼與手卷。 從一開始的生魚片,就感受到誠意與用心。山葵的選用是真的山葵,魚料也沒有把口感軟爛不適合生吃的鮭魚擺出來。 牛肉丼調味讓人驚艷不已,花枝一夜干也是味道絕佳。 整體來說,這間店的風格不是走高檔日料的精緻路線,比較屬於下班之後來放鬆小酌配佳餚的感覺。價格比起路邊燒烤居酒屋來的高,但味道絕對值回票價。 店裡此起彼落的日文交談,我想就是直接的證明。
I was lucky to be able to eat at restaurants like Kandabashi when I was unable to go abroad because of the epidemic. The seasoning of the beef don is amazing, and the sashimi dried overnight is also delicious. On the whole, the style of this shop is not the exquisite route of high-end Japanese food, but rather the feeling of relaxing after get off work and having a drink with delicious food. The price is higher than the roadside barbecue izakaya, but the taste is definitely worth the price. I think the Japanese conversations in the shop are a direct proof.

位於吉林路巷子近新生北路的神田橋和食,和條通街區僅隔著新生北路。神田橋雖不在條通,但其風格屬性和條通的眾多日式居酒屋/料理店類似:師傅為日本師傅,服務員全都通日語、其中可能還有日本人,以及顧客中有不少日本人,就店家所述,神田橋的客群本地人和日人比例約各半。 雖然神田橋的日式風格和屬性類似不少條通店家,但我認為神田橋的整體精緻度高於條通的平均水準,主要表現在食材尤其是海鮮的講究程度、料理手法的精緻度、和餐具擺盤等等,而神田橋的價位也高條通平均一個檔次。 這次初訪所點的所有品項都充份展現了上述的幾個精緻度的面向,其中那些「寫在黑板上」的店家推薦的時令料理表現最佳,尤其是那道煮花枝,一入口真的是驚為天人,無論是新鮮度、滋味、好感、到擺盤無不上等。其他品項表現也佳,看似簡單的牛肉串燒和雞翅串燒,調味、火候、口感等無一不是具有足夠的精緻度,最後值得一提是鱈魚燒,一樣充分展現了上頭那道煮花枝所表現的精緻特色。 據店家所述因為其對食材的講究所以非常推薦生魚片,可惜這次無緣品嚐只好留待下次。 另值得一提的是神田橋的日本生啤一律從日本進口,我喝起來的確感覺有比部分居酒屋的生啤更順口好喝,這似不是那麼明顯的地方更是展現神田橋對品質的要求。 總的來說,相較於條通眾多居酒屋可能主要提供家常料理或讓身處異鄉的日人下班後和同事友朋有個「喝一杯」的放鬆去處,神田橋因其較精緻和高價的定位所以可能更適合比較需要「嚴肅聚餐」的公司同事或老饕,這是一家如果日本員工帶其主管來不會「漏氣」的地方 推薦可以一訪
