後台難用就算了，客服回覆跟機器人沒兩樣，整天在那邊耍官腔，把廠商當笨蛋，效率極差，反應後也無進步，非常不專業。
JOO開店粉專無開放評分，只好留言在此，提醒有意願合作的廠商們慎選。

Even if the back office is difficult to use, the customer service reply is the same as that of the robot. All day long, it is playing an official role there, treating the manufacturer as a fool, the efficiency is very poor, and there is no progress after the reaction. It is very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 針對該公司商圈資訊分享應用平台有圖資方面的疑問所以詢問客服人員，但一開始一線客服人員未有效釐清使用者問題，所以導致感覺像皮球被踢來踢去，不過後續Joo開店的業務人員及對應承辦人員有協助釐清問題跟給予回應，所以五星給她們，扣的一星希望一線客服人員能多多改進，畢竟你們是公司門面
