★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is prepared freshly on spot. The staff is also quite friendly and accommodating that one of them helped heat up my soy drink on spot. The signature is the shrimp one as the pork doesn’t really go well with the rice sheets (bbq char shiow suits better).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rice rolls are made to order, with options like shrimp and kimchi, shrimp and scallops, beef along with egg and veggies, as well as instant noodles or radish soup. There’s a small clean space next to the open kitchen to sit. The rice rolls are quite large and can be shared, though it’s mostly skin and meat. The texture is very soft and less chewy/bouncy than I expected. I recommend adding a little chili sauce to the dish though be careful it’s very spicy:
