不管是商品及售後服務都很有問題~ 我知商譽對商家的重要,所以評價審慎,但這次觀察超過半年,不得不做這樣的決定~ 1.露露通回覆故障問題極慢,常常3天才回覆,打過去說會請工程師回覆,,最常碰到的時間是根本不回覆,買了半年,不斷發生不能連線問題,現在半年後連電源都不能開,說要請工程師回覆也不聞問,目前商家問題,反倒變成消費者需主動積極去跟他們求助 2.買之前電話中說展示機沒問題,但後來重覆發生問題,他們才說這款型號的機子似乎都有這種問題! 3.初買時發生問題,於露露通對話中,商家似乎因不想處理,就推說我已過了保固,我貼出露露通下標的對話日期截圖,及他們商品頁說的展示機的保固半年期限,他們才啞口無言 …又推說他們商品送來時測試都正常啊!但保固期內問題連連,消費者當然是找商家~ 4.買他們的展示機,跟網路上的產品照片是不同台的,即使我下標買後超一陣子,網路上的產品照片依舊還是那一張~
