★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 菠菜蔥抓餅感覺是染色效果，吃不出菠菜味，不會太油膩，整體算不錯吃。二次煎的會比較酥脆有咬勁，不加蛋就比較少醬油膏。新手比老闆娘客氣。
 The spinach and onion cake feels like a dyeing effect. It can't eat spinach flavor, it won't be too greasy, and the whole is good. The second frying will be crispy and biting, and the soy cream will be less if no eggs are added. The novice is more polite than the boss.

お爺さんが、卵を入れるか？辛そうなタレは塗るか？とジェスチャーで聞いてきます。
自分も5元追加で卵入りにしました。

加蛋現在是加10元了喔

老闆似乎聽力不太好記憶力也不好。
說了兩次老闆才知道我要點什麼，以為是我沒講清楚，看到後來的客人點餐也是如此才確定。
連我在內總共只有4個客人點了4份蔥抓餅。老闆把我加蛋的餅給了比我晚來的客人，然後那個客人是不要加蛋的...老闆只好叫那個客人再等一下，然後還問我要不要加蛋？我的蔥抓餅做好後給錢老闆還找錯錢...
除了這些烏龍以外，蔥抓餅是還不錯吃啦，不是很油膩那種蔥油餅。
Original Scallion Pancake with Egg $37
The boss seems to have poor hearing and memory.
The boss didn't know what I wanted until I said it twice. I thought it was because I didn't make it clear, and it was only after seeing the customers who ordered the food later.
Only 4 guests including me ordered 4 scallion pancakes. The boss gave my cake with eggs to the guest who came later than me, and then the guest didn't want to add eggs... The boss had to ask the guest to wait a little longer, and then asked me if I wanted to add eggs? After my scallion pancakes were made, I gave the money boss to the wrong money...
In addition to these oolongs, the scallion pancakes are delicious, not the greasy scallion pancakes.
