不優的部份是售價：目前平均售價每坪約105萬，以最小單位29坪計，一户得3000萬，年青人買不起，小康之家，中產階級恐怕也是望屋興嘆~~
Zhongshan Jun was newly built in June 106 and is located in the alley beside the Ambassador Hotel on the second section of Zhongshan North Road.
The unsatisfactory part is the selling price: the current average selling price is about 1.05 million per ping, with the smallest unit of 29 pings, one household gets 30 million, the young people ca n’t afford it, the well-off home, the middle class is probably also looking at the house ~ ~
