★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從預約、診療前問題解答、看診到後續的整體服務體驗讓人安心；醫生與團隊間默契、協調度很高，助理手法也有別與一般診所的水準和專業。在最重點的看診部分，以洗牙為例，醫師也會很詳盡的講解牙菌斑分佈、衛教病患後續應著重在哪些地方要注意，過程中也時刻注意病患感受、調整器械強弱程度，不讓療程難以忍受。
整體而言，所有流程都可以感受到醫師與團隊在細節上的各種細緻的用心。
The overall service experience from appointments, pre-diagnosis and treatment questions, consultations to follow-ups is reassuring; the doctor and the team have a tacit understanding and coordination, and the assistant skills are different from those of general clinics. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我終於從隱士美畢業了！很開心能被我專業的董醫生「耐心」的治療；我是個不聽話的患者，療程中都沒乖乖戴好戴滿牙套應有的時數，於是渡過了漫長的矯正時間(大家千萬要聽醫生的話);終於等到這天，這段日子ㄧ天天慢慢感覺到牙齒的進步，隱士美的好處真的就是不會很痛，日常可以照常吃喝玩樂，不用常常回診，以前最討厭去牙醫的抗拒，在穆樂完全沒有！很喜歡藝廊式的風格，完全消除了看牙的緊張感，乾淨又先進的設備讓人感到無比安心，人員專業又親切，每次預約前的提醒到看牙後的隔天，都會傳訊息提醒跟關心；回頭再看到自己的before & After真心謝謝董醫生給了我這樣ㄧ口能燦爛大笑的整齊牙齒。

I am very happy to be treated "patiently" by my professional Dr. Dong; I am a disobedient patient, and I did not obediently wear the braces for the required number of hours during the treatment, so I spent a long time for correction (everyone must I have to listen to the doctor's words); I finally waited for this day, and I slowly felt the progress of my teeth every day. The advantage of hermit beauty is that it will not be very painful. You can eat, drink and play as usual every day, and you don't need to go to the doctor often. There is absolutely no resistance in Mu Le! I really like the gallery style, which completely eliminates the tension of seeing the teeth. The clean and advanced equipment makes people feel very at ease. The staff is professional and friendly. Every time the reminder before the appointment is sent to the next day after the dental visit, a message will be sent. Reminder and concern; I will look back and see my before & after. I sincerely thank Dr. Dong for giving me such straight teeth that can make me smile brightly.

Recommend Dr. Xie Yuchen. I am a highly sensitive person, but the treatment process is completely painless and relaxing; fillings feel more refined and careful than my past experience with health care treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my teeth cleaned and found this place to be quite professional. As it was my first time there, they took an X-ray of my teeth first so the dentist has a better idea of what they’re working with. They also took lots of photographs with a camera so they can show you what your teeth look like. Also, before the dentist started cleaning, he applied some weird dye on my teeth to show me where there was still bacteria (ie where I had missed during my flossing and brushing routine). Then he did the normal cleaning. I wouldn’t say the cleaning was great...went pretty fast and at some points it felt like he was jabbing my gum. After the cleaning, the dentist showed me the X-ray and photographs taken and explained what he thought needed more attention. It was really helpful to see the photos when he was explaining to better care for my teeth (cuz when do you ever look in your mouth??).
So overall, the actual cleaning experience wasn’t spectacular but what is pretty good about this place is that they really take the time to show you how to improve your daily oral hygiene routine. I would highly recommend it for kids so they can get it right earlier in life.
The environment was very clean, the equipment was new and the service staff were all very nice.
The whole process took a bit over an an hour so keep that in mind when booking.
