★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best douhua in Taipei, and I've eaten at dozens of different shops. Great texture, very nice toppings, generous servings. Try the soymilk douhua! Staff can be a little impatient but the douhua can't be beat. Note there's no AC so if you like to eat your cold dessert in a well chilled room this might not be for you. Personally I don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most special part is soybean milk(non sugar) with soybean pudding, I have never try before. all the contents are fresh and nice!
However, the owner(man) is a little too hush.
Maybe take away next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a left and right side to enter this shop. I entered from the left side and ordered. Shortly after, I opened my laptop to update a document. A man appeared and said to put it away. I said ok and immediately put it away. After I ate and got up to leave, I said, “would it be possible to put up a message that it’s a no laptop zone.” He said, there’s a sign.
Since the counter’s an L shape, only people who walk in from the right sees the sign. The sign’s placed on an angle, so when he pointed to it, he watches me read it, which says “this shop is not a coffee shop. Seats are limited. Please don’t stay for long”.
I said, “this sign doesn’t state people are not allowed to pull out their laptops, and may we be informed in a more visible spot—like by the menu wall?”
He said, “everyone understands this means you can’t use your laptop here. You’re not allowed to use your laptop. People understand it’s not a coffee shop. You can’t stay to work here”.
A group of kids were on their cell phones playing games, and the place was 50% full. I was only politely suggesting for further clarity. I love supporting small businesses, except this place is not for me again.
