這家公司的鋰電池有匹配性問題,買回來後一直閃紅燈error 5, 連送二次沒解決問題然後給了一顆鎳氫電池交差了事,經連絡後要我把整機帶回改機,改機後強制譲機器接受充電,但安全性誰又要負責?明明是電池兼容問題也不退價差,後來索性也不回覆問題,這真是一家專業iRobot的店家。 補充説明 1. 電池買回後不久即開始發生機器顯示error 的情況,並不是二三個月後才發生,況且貴司還提供18個月保固。 2. 鎳氫電池是貴司提供的方案,我第二次帶機器去測試時,當場維修老伯即表示這是匹配性問題,要我帶回鎳氫電池,但電池我不是跟他買的,經測試後沒有問題,當然由原購買管道提出價差問題,希望解決,這樣不對嗎? 3. 我來回二趟共四次的交通費就不是錢嗎,這次你電池匹配性問題而不是我機器的問題(已於第二次帶機器去檢測),我要求你自己來我家看看電池的問題,會很過份嗎?你叫我去新生北路維修處就是應該的,所以我叫你來就是委屈你。 4. 我付的是鋰電池的錢,現在拿到的是鎳氫電池,這樣很公平嗎?
