太好吃啦~火鍋是清湯底,有白蘿蔔、羊筋跟羊肉塊,還有帶骨的那種?,湯底料也不算少,而且會一直好想喝? 人少可以點個小鍋,再點幾個青菜跟肉盤,一定要點羊油麵線,超級香,感覺也有一點蒜香味,但一碗真的太小碗啦~ 可惜的是外帶不能只帶湯底,一定要買套餐(本來是為了要銷家裡的菜,結果又帶更多菜回來了?),套餐內有高麗菜、大白菜、凍豆腐、玉米、豆皮、金針菇、白蘿蔔、羊肉、丸子等

剛從南部回台北,特別想念溫體系列的肉! 南部都來溫體牛居多,回來就吃個羊吧~ 想到之前有看到朋友家附近的這家豐光, 還好有打電話訂位,用餐時間前半部已經兩個滿桌!之後陸續又有客人來,生意挺好!其實去之前已經知道價位偏高,還是勇敢嘗試。一定要來個溫體羊,瘦肉五花各一盤,熱炒類也來點個薑絲羊肉,蔬菜類點了玉米和高麗菜,簡單的主食羊油麵線和羊油飯都來加上兩個人吃就點小鍋! 從肉類說起,羊肉真的沒有羊羶味,涮五秒就可以起鍋直接吃,粉紅色嫩嫩的入口剛剛好也不會太生,沾店家特調的醬料,清爽對味!可惜份量沒有非常多,兩盤很快就涮完吃完了!薑絲羊肉也很下飯,而我吃的是麵線很香,麵線微微的泡在湯汁裡面不會乾掉,有別其他羊肉爐店偏收乾的麵線,口味算是好吃! 最讓我驚艷的是玉米,吃完一輪肉之後吃煮熟玉米剛剛好,超甜!我家媽媽說,食材好,簡單料理就很好吃!我想就是這個概念。後來發現鍋底有帶皮肉和帶骨肉,可能小鍋所以份量不多,還有給燉入味的白蘿蔔!湯頭是清燉的,和一般習慣吃紅燒濃味的版本不同,我家老大一直覺得湯太淡,所以習慣吃紅燒口味的就可能會感受差異很大!個人倒是覺得湯很清甜,連續喝了三碗湯,幾乎都快見鍋底了!喝當下很享受,奇妙的是喝完居然會口渴,應該沒加調味味精吧⋯⋯ 結論是,光肉就點了超過1000元,冠上溫體確實新鮮好吃,兩個人吃下來快1800真的有點高價位,只能說在台北什麼都貴!要嚐鮮的可以吃吃看~

相當不錯的溫體羊肉火鍋店,吃得出新鮮的味道,完全沒有羊羶味,湯頭相當令人驚艷,桌位不多建議大家提前訂位避免造成不便,人員到齊後上菜速度非常快。對面市埸地下室停車也方便。 涮羊肉品質很優,羊肉新鮮,肉質軟嫩,這次人足選舉了全羊宴,各種佳餚相當有特色,羊腦、羊心、羊肝、羊鞭、羊蛋蛋、羊蹄、羊臉、涼拌羊耳涼伴羊肚、羊油麵線羊油飯都很有特色,價格和份量8888相當合理,冷氣空調夠冷,即使選擇夏天來吃也沒問題。 羊眼睛、味道比想像中好吃太多了,在台灣屬於比較特別一點的菜色,敢嚐鮮的人一定要試一試!雪花蒜味蒸肉、帶皮羊五花肉燉的非常軟嫩,膠原蛋白特別豐富!麻油羊肉是我吃過所有麻油炒肉中算是數一數二的美味!麻油清蒸羊腦比豬腦好吃太多了,真不錯吃~羊油麵、雖然簡易作法但是羊油順口 軟嫩不糊爛,羊伴飯也好香喔! 店家自製的蒜味辣椒醬油喜歡吃重口味的人可以讓服務員多準備一些!自帶酒水而且還不收開瓶費!真的是一個聚餐的好場所。
