There will be takeout orders ahead of those hours, but they serve quite quick that it is good for a quick bite still. There are free Taiwanese kimchi and marinated side dish, as well as tea, which you can help yourself with. There aren't too many dine-in seats, and most people do takeout instead. The hygiene of the eatery needs to improved as there was a cockroach at one of the tables that some diners were screaming our about. The soup base is also quite greasy and with quite some MSG. Udon noodles can be quite soggy while the rice noodles are overly cooked that they break when being lifted up by chopsticks. I think it could be because the owner precooked them so they just have to reheated upon ordering.
