雖然是路邊不起眼的存在,卻是傳統手工碳烤玉米,配上獨家醬料,比瓦斯爐烤的好吃多了,真心推薦,讚的啦!

一隻玉米大約100出頭,玉米有先蒸過,所以咬起來不會太硬,適合牙齒不好的人,先把玉米表面烤焦,再用刷子把燒焦的表面刷掉,接著將醬料重複在玉米上刷,極為傳統的烤玉米方式,市面上要再遇到這麼傳統的烤玉米極不容易,很感謝老闆將這個傳統的好記憶維持到現在,真的是小時候吃的感動,台灣獨有目前沒有在其他國家吃過,金鼎烤玉米在我心目中絕對是米其林的水準,粒粒玉米,色味味俱全一點也不為過,現在人要在找到這樣花時間的傳統好技藝,已經非常不容易了,花一百多感受一下世界第一烤玉米絕對划算,若各位看官,因為看了我的不專業評論,而品嚐到這個香噴噴美味玉米,也請事後不吝嗇給我一個讚。

烤玉米粒粒分明,表皮焦脆,和現在市面上的完全不同,真如老闆自信那般好吃,但可能也是會有人覺得吃軟嫩的比較習慣,醬汁也是相當夠味,我個人很喜歡。
