B套餐的組合是：豬肉片+臭豆腐/鴨血+青菜+王子麵/冬粉。
這次選了臭豆腐跟王子麵，老闆會詢問麵是不是要分開放，建議可以分開，回家吃麵條偏軟（見人見智～～）
臭豆腐我認為蠻入味的，有刻意留幾塊最後吃，豆腐吸滿湯汁咬下去滿爽的?
總而言之我還會回購～～下次要吃吃看鴨血！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常好吃，每一兩週就會買一次，可以事先傳賴給老闆點餐，營業時間他都會很快回覆收到，這樣到場拿基本上不需要等。
我平常都吃A餐臭豆腐+王子麵，湯頭對麻辣鍋來說比較清淡，但我覺得這樣反而都能喝得到材料的香氣，A餐除了麵跟臭豆腐，還包含蔬菜（好幾次都超多）、火鍋料，一碗可以吃很滿足，湯頭也是我會一喝再喝的。（我不太愛吃肉，喜歡肉片的可以選擇B餐）
或許老闆一個人有時忙不過來，在街邊的店面也比較小，但內容是足夠豐富的，我吃了幾十次也沒有哪次感受到不新鮮，品質始終如一，推薦大家試試。
