非常差的電子書購買體驗,不論是客服信箱還是電話客服感覺都不太行。 打電話去客服,結果竟然還要我截圖給客服信箱!我就是希望可以即時處理,才打電話給客服。 難道一個網路書店竟然無法用網路查詢顧客的使用狀況嗎?真令人傻眼! 要不是一顆星是最低評價,不然我連一顆星都不想給!

是二手書買賣中最方便使用的平台。但抽佣35%且在108年四月底二手書價還外加10元。然資安的問題到目前一直沒辦法克服,很多人被騙錢很心痛!這點請速速改進!還有客服真的很"寶"-她還會跟客戶說「我覺得你態度很差,所以我沒辦法處理耶!」不是只有跟客戶辯輸贏而巳!!長期以來讀冊的客服還是這麼的有口"卑"呢!!

賣書的體驗很不好,不知道有沒有關係。這是發生在退貨之後的事。寄了一批書去賣,結果客服通知我有一本習題已作答所以不能賣,由於我之前也有收過作答過的書,我就很問號,還去查一下規則,規則是說習題已全數作答的不收,但是我只用一半。所以就跟客服反應,第一次就像鬼打牆,客服就跟我解釋「作答過的不收」我就很傻眼就再反應一次說習題還有一半可以用,然後客服就改一個理由:「因為書本有髒汙所以不能賣」既然是這樣那為什麼要跟我扯說什麼有作答不能賣,直接說髒掉不能賣不就好了?根本一開始就沒有要讓我賣的意思?而且之前我的書在運送給買家的過程有破損,我也很好奇髒汙真的是我用的嗎?還有一堆書明明20、30個人徵求,我放上去賣,價格也在好球帶,放了快半年還是沒賣出去……這批書賣完就不會再寄賣了?

我相信我這寫這評論不會有所改變,評價這麼低、反應的問題大同小異,也沒有看見有負責的主管回應,想寫只是不吐不快,結論就是這家管理、客服這麼差、難怪個資被盜的新聞不斷發生…不負責不回應不處理的店家,就是抵制了,不會再光顧,我寧可去找蝦皮買賣二手書也不找氣受 我要申請新的帳號、明明是我個人的信箱從未註冊過卻說這信箱已註冊、所以我只好用忘記密碼來查詢正確密碼、結果系統回應說這個用戶名不存在,…寫電子信箱給客服,或者客服電話永遠都無人回應或不在坐位中…這是要叫人怎麼辦

賣書的人很多,所以二手書便宜也很多選擇,還可以用優惠卷算是很棒,相對對賣家就不是那麼友善了,寄出去就有書拿不回來、被抽成很多的打算, 希望那些錢能拿來聘個客服,電話形同虛設,網站一下就不能取消,漏買書還要在湊運費真的很困擾
