1.我用點數換了「絢肌油20ml」擦了之後會長斑；
(使用一週就明顯長出斑來，停用後要一個月斑才會變淡，好可怕)
2.泡泡面膜開封後沒多久，不管怎麼搖都擠不出泡泡，只能液態硬敷在臉上…
好像寫了3封email(還附上錄影)，客服完全不聞不問沒回應，
對照之前要購買時有問題立馬回覆，
甚至還會打電話來關心的情況真的是落差太大！
