客人很客氣詢問股東禮品的問題，但接電話的客服卻說“你們自己要找管道詢問啊！”，請問打來問你們難道不是要找管道詢問嗎！！！嗆屁嗆！你們公司最好調整一下你們低落的服務素質！爛死了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家股務代理也太爛了，電話2504-8125打了有8通以上都沒打通，按9轉專人卻都在忙碌語音等待，其他家股務代理部都沒這樣，跟疫情期間打不通的衛生所有得拼。不曉得那些上市上櫃公司，怎麼會選這麼糟的股務代理。另外，信邦開會通知書上的紀念品領取資格限制，與台新股務網站上PO的不一致，讓人很錯亂。
