另買了蔥花燒餅當下午茶，份量有夠大，扎實不會有油感。
 The pepper cakes are amazing, I ate them up before I could shoot them!
I also bought chopped green onion biscuits as afternoon tea.

胡椒餅整個品嚐起來算是剛好及格
外皮烘烤的脆度不錯 酥脆感有出來 表皮也不會太乾、太厚
內餡的份量還 OK 不多也不少
咬開微微出汁 但並不多
肉香比較出不太來 味道感覺最明顯的是胡椒味 理想的味道應該是肉香與胡椒味平衡結合才對
最大的缺點是肉餡有時候會感覺到淡淡的肉騷味
所以算是不需要特地專程來吃 住附近解饞還可的選擇
