★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵很好吃了肉質軟嫩！餛飩麵就比較普通，但餛飩很大顆，小菜也都普普沒有特別驚艷的感覺。不管環境很好，辣椒醬也很香！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次吃太極牛肉麵，好好吃，肉質軟嫩，牛筋又軟嫩、有膠質，看來是花了很多心力在牛肉的處理上，現在有五倍券活動，cp值很高，自從這家開了之後，我幾乎每個禮拜都會去吃一次，很推牛肉類的產品，還有水餃也好吃?
It was the first time to eat Tai Chi beef noodles. It was delicious. The meat was soft and tender, and the tendons were soft and gelatinous. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次在牛肉麵館吃到素食版牛肉麵，對店家的用心感到讚賞。
店面環境乾淨明亮，服務也很親切。紅燒湯頭吃得到中藥香，帶一點甜，清燉湯頭也很特別，我自己更喜歡這款。麵條口感有嚼勁，軟硬適中。
期待未來有機會推出更多的素食菜單，加油?
It was the first time I had a vegetarian version of beef noodles at a beef noodle restaurant, and I appreciated the store's attentiveness.
The store is clean and bright, and the service is friendly. The braised soup has the aroma of traditional Chinese medicine, with a little sweetness. The stewed soup is also very special. I prefer this one myself. The noodles are chewy and moderately soft.

I ordered the clear soup beef noodle.
The noodles are handmade and very Q, some of the best noodz I've had in Taipei!
The broth was flavourful and light and not too oily.
The beef was very tender.
Will definitely come back ?
